Account Deletion

You can delete your Super Alpha account at any time from inside the app. This page explains how to delete your account and what data is removed, whether or not you can log in.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Log in to the app.
- Go to My page.
- Tap “Delete account” below the Log out button.
- Type the confirmation word “DELETE” and tap “Delete permanently”.
Deletion is blocked while you have open positions. This prevents a position from being left unmanaged at the broker — please close your positions first, then try again.
2. Data that gets deleted
Once you enter the confirmation word and complete the deletion, the data below is removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
- Account information — email, name, phone number, password
- Connected MT5 account information — account number, server name, password
- Per-symbol strategy and bot settings
- Trading history — entries, DCA, take-profit/stop-loss events, PnL and balance records
- Web push notification subscriptions
- Signup referral source record
3. Data that may remain
If a law requires certain information to be kept for a period, we keep it separately for that period and then destroy it. The MT5 account itself and any funds in it are managed by the broker and are not affected by deleting your account.
4. If you can't log in
If you lost your password or can't log in, you can request account deletion via Telegram @superalpha101. Please include the email address you signed up with so we can verify it's you.
